eero Signal—here to keep you calm, cool, and connected

With eero Signal, customers get peace of mind that their network will stay online during an internet outage. It can be connected to any USB-C-powered eero on a network that supports Wi-Fi 6 and up, and will be available in 4G and 5G models. eero Signal will automatically detect an internet outage and use the best cellular backup connection available.

eero Signal can only be used for backup connectivity at a single location and requires an existing primary internet connection. Backup data will be available through an annual eero Plus subscription and will be coming to eero Business as well. New and existing subscribers to an annual eero Plus plan will receive up to 10 GB of backup data during an internet outage per year at no additional cost. For customers who experience more frequent internet outages and need more backup data, eero Plus 100 will provide up to 100 GB of backup data during an internet outage per month.

Up to three eero PoE 7s can be powered by eero PoE Gateway, a wired eero router and 10-port PoE+ smart network switch in one. To extend your eero network beyond your walls, eero Outdoor 7 provides up to 15,000 sq. ft. of outdoor coverage. Tested to operate between -40°F and 131°F, eero Outdoor 7 is built for all seasons with an IP66 rating. You can seamlessly work, stream, create, and play, whether you’re on the patio or in the treehouse, and use eero Outdoor 7 as a point-to-point bridge to provide wifi to outbuildings that don’t have internet access, without needing any Ethernet cables. Stay online with wifi that’s out of your way

eero PoE 7 will be available for purchase later this year for $499.99. eero Signal 4G LTE will be available in the U.S. later this year through select internet service providers and available via eero.com and Amazon.com early next year for $99.99. eero Signal 5G RedCap will be available in 2026. An annual eero Plus subscription with 10 GB of data during an internet outage per year will cost $99.99, and an annual eero Plus 100 subscription with 100 GB of data during an internet outage per year will cost $199.99.
