Celebrating eero’s 1,000th Amazon review

Before our pre-order launch last year, the home WiFi industry had been stale for the better part of the decade. The best option on the market resembled a tarantula, but failed to provide coverage and speed to the far corners of our homes. We knew there had to be a better way to WiFi, which is why we built eero — the world’s first home WiFi system that uses multiple access points and mesh networking to blanket every corner of every room in fast, reliable WiFi.

This week we’re celebrating our 1,000th review on Amazon. This is a huge milestone for us as a company, and we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every customer who has taken the time to share their eero experience. We read every single comment and they help us continuously improve the product. Whether it’s finding an uncommon issue or demonstrating demand for features, they’re helpful for us and for any prospective eero customer.

We’ve seen a couple of themes emerge in these reviews and wanted to highlight a few of our favorite:

Kid tested, wife approved

eero has a major Wife Acceptance Factor (WAF). Besides bringing to life that one room that’s always been a dead zone — and rescuing your Netflix binge sessions from never-ending buffering wheels — we’ve helped mend relationships fraught by WiFi frustrations.
